My appetite has been raging for the last few days. And no matter how busy or occupied I try to get, I always find a way to eat.
Lack of clarity regarding certain aspects of my personal and professional life, have been causing me some stress and anxiety.
I usually try to be more mindful and use different coping strategies, but they just don't work right now.
What do I do about it? Not really much... I just let it be for now, and focus on the things I can do.
I'm still at the gym 4 to 5 times a week. I'm still going for my long walks. I still make my bed in the morning, do my dishes, floss and do my stretching routine in the evening.
It's not always perfect, and there will always be some bumps in the road. But instead of completely giving up and mopping around, I just keep going and do whatever I can at the moment.
And hopefully some of that extra food will go into building more muscles ;-)
