



Smart Bells What?

The natural flowing movements engage every muscle group while they develop powerful strength, functional mobility and reactive balance. The imaginative flexibility sequences blend resistance with gravity to help your muscles loosen, lengthen, and relax.
Smart Bells can be integrated into cardio and resistance training that works every major body part, promoting flexibility, coordination, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.
It is thought the the Smart Bell is conducive to flowing, natural movements that stimulate the body's natural "chi." The exercises use circular movements, and grasping the weight closes a circuit between the arms and body, allowing chi to flow.
Smart Bells are currently being used by Olympic-caliber wrestlers, the Navy Seals, hospital rehabilitation, and group fitness classes in NYC, Florida and California.
Class Location
Classes/workshops will be held outdoors to incorporate the energy of nature and add that extra dimension of sweat/peace contrast to our workouts. Although the focus will change, indoors classes may be scheduled if you prefer. You'll be required to secure the location, or a room rental fee may be required.
Securing Your Smart Bell
