Balletone What?

Fitness + Ballet + Pilates + Yoga. It's a fusion, silly!

 

The dancer's workout for everyBODY. A fusion of ballet, yoga, and pilates with a focus on FLOW. Each class uses cues to clue you in to how you body should FEEL in the movement, and you'll focus on the type movement QUALITY we're trying to achieve.

An energizing workout with no impact, Balletone leaves no muscle untouched. Its unique blend of strength and flexibility movements combine elements of classical ballet with modern mind/body and fitness concepts.

Balletone is all about the way we move and feel; most sculpting classes are designed and based on equipment use and the need to stop after each exercise in order to reset the body. Balletone links one exercise to the next while maintaining proper body alignments - No stops needed! We refer to this concept as the Functional Linking Of movements Without stopping: F.L.O.W.T, which challenges muscular endurance, balance and coordination while toning the muscles and burning calories!

Class Location

Classes/workshops will be held outdoors to incorporate the energy of nature and add that extra dimension of sweat/peace contrast to our workouts. Although the focus will change, indoors classes may be scheduled if you prefer. You'll be required to secure the location, or a room rental fee may be required.
