mix N Match Concept

Because fitness should be both enjoyable and effective, because it should include nutritional, mental and emotional fitness as well as strength and cardiovascular ability, we allow you to create your ideal activity mix. If booking multiple sessions, you're also welcome to choose a different activity mix each time.

Iz also hopes to introduce you to new ways of training your body, mind and spirit, as mix n match allows you to take small sample bites of something new. Isn't life about exploration?!

A short meditation/centering exercise, functional warmup, and light stretching will be included in every activity session.

Prerequisites

  • Initial Lifestyle Assessment Questionnaire required (fee).
  • Initial Movement Assessment optional (except required for Program Design) (fee).
  • To include ChiRunning or ChiWalking in a session, prior experience is required, unless an intro session is built into mix n match.

  • Fees are dependent on number of participants and number of sessions scheduled.
