Because fitness should be both enjoyable and effective, because it should include nutritional, mental and emotional fitness as well as strength and cardiovascular ability, we allow you to create your ideal activity mix. If booking multiple sessions, you're also welcome to choose a different activity mix each time.
Iz also hopes to introduce you to new ways of training your body, mind and spirit, as mix n match allows you to take small sample bites of something new. Isn't life about exploration?!
A short meditation/centering exercise, functional warmup, and light stretching will be included in every activity session.
