Intro Session
Meet up with Melanie for a brief (half hour) or longer (full hour) exploration of your local terrain. Discover the obstacles around your home or place of work. Get inspired by learning how to change the obstacles into useful exercise tools.
The focus of this session will be to help you brainstorm and empower you to see your surroundings in a new and exciting way.
Plan to get some exercise, but realize the workout will not be tailored to your physical needs.
If you would like help designing a workout to address you specific needs, feel free to mix n match to add a movement and/or lifestyle and nutrition assessments to your plan.
