Commit to the Ultimate Comprehensive Nutrition, Lifestyle and Fitness Plan

The Iz Whiz Plan is an 8-week comprehensive commitment. You're welcome to repeat the cycle as many times as you like; however, by committing to 8 weeks of IZ fitness, we're razing any faulty movement and establishing a posture-perfect, muscle-activation, injury-saving foundation.

Fitness begins on the inside, and we hope to show you that true fitness is only achieved by also addressing effective nutrition to control blood sugar and inflammation, as well as by addressing accumulated life stress levels. When your energy levels increase, your body fat drops, and your strength skyrockets, we know you'll be ecstatic!

Step 1:  Nutrition & Lifestyle Assessment (Questionnaire Heaven)

You'll have 2 weeks to keep a food & mood log, as well as fill out comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle questionnaires. You'll return these to IZ before your first meeting. You'll also be required to complete the online Metabolic Typing Questionnaire in order to assess your individual nutritonal needs and biochemical makeup.

Step 2: Phone or In-Person Review

We'll review the results of your questionnaires and you'll receive coaching on building feasible nutrition and lifestyle patterns. Depending on your stress levels, you may also be given specific rejuvenating exercises to perform in order to begin refueling your body's energy reserves.

Step 3: Functional Movement / Exercise Assessment

We'll set your starting point. Depending on your goals, we'll measure joint angles, mobility and flexibility. You may also complete cardiovascular, agility, and endurance tests. By progressing to movement pattern observations correct form, we'll become aware of your unique flexibility and/or muscle imbalances which will then be targeted in your custom program.

Step 4: Exercise Program Design

How much time can you (and will you) honestly be able to spend concentrating on wellness? While being fit and full of vitality is a conscious choice, we understand that busy schedules can make full-time growth even more challenging. Based on your current fitness level, which movement patterns need correction, how much usable flexibility you have, and how well you can deal with the stressors already in your life, we'll develop a specific program to effect your personal strength and fitness development. We'll be looking for that ultimate flow of vitality, efficiency and fun. The process of getting fit SHOULD be enjoyable (although challenging!).

Step 5: In-Person Implementation

Once we've designed your program, we'll meet to go over the concept of your unique plan. You'll learn the stretches and excercises, and we'll get you motivated and able to continue working with the program.

Step 6: Additional Support

Based on your needs, additional phone, email and/or in-person consultations and workout observation may be scheduled. Topics may follow up on nutrition, lifestyle, and/or specific fitness or workout questions.

Step 7: Review & Readjust

Each program will be designed to last from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your goals and needs.


The newer you are to the program, the faster your progress will be. We'll continually review your growth so that we can continue to push that edge towards further self development.


If you're ready, we'll start the cycle again, or the cycle may be modified to revisit only the steps needed to evaluate your progress and continue charting a productive course.
