The Meaning of IZ

IZ. To be. The essence of fitness, from I to Z. From your declaration that I am invested, I am committed, I am strong in spirit. We'll tackle your personal nutrition and lifestyle factors to get you there. Once you're solid, you've got a strong base, firm enough to tackle anything else coming your way (or that you're hungry to grasp), all the way to Z.

It all starts with YOU having the desire and intention to improve the way you function and feel. We'll empower you through fitness and wellness, taking your confidence and vitality to the next level.

IZ also means fitness from the inside : out. With a strong spirit and inner unit, we're safe to build higher. With inner focus and once the energy flows, we can continue to build movement quality, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and even competition performance. Believe it or not, even competitive exercise should be fun and rejuvenating.

We'll give you a workout that's energizing rather than draining. We want to listen to our rhythms and learn to enjoy where we are physically at any given moment. From there, we'll have the strength to seriously challenge those limits and gain strength, endurance, inspiration and enjoyment. Reach your fitness goals healthfully and happily.

Integrated Fitness

We aim for more than "bulging biceps" and "six-pack abs." First, the interior muscles and the inside of the mind must provide a solid foundation. Once the foundation is strong enough to support movement, we can add focus on the exterior.
  • Constant awareness : Bodysensing
  • Focus on quality of movement over quantity
  • PLAY: Suprise and challenge the body with spontaneous exercises based on your unique environment
  • Integrate flexibility, balance, core development, agility, resistance and cardio training in every workout

How Can I "Be" Fit?

We'll make exercise fun, and give you a workout that's energizing rather than draining. We don't want to torture our bodies; we want to listen to our own rhythms and learn to enjoy where we are physically at any given moment. Leading clients to achieve fitness from the inside out, and not just a visible lack of body fat, is our commitment. Part of fitness on the inside is learning to have fun and play again. Serious training and play can and DO go hand in hand.

What's My Limit?

There is no limit. We are all always works in progress. There's never an end to growth; we can always learn more and be more. From any place, we must become aware of out limits. We can then -challenge- our limits and gain strength, endurance, inspiration and enjoyment. You'll reach your fitness goals healthfully and happily. It all starts with YOU.
